This wine is made from the territory's ancient indigenous grapes grown on vineyards treated with strict respect for the environment, from grapes harvested by hand in small crates after careful selection of the bunches.

Why we like it
The extract of the pre-fermented grapes obtained by soft pressing, after a long maceration on the skins, matures in sturdy oak barrels unhurriedly for 36 months.
