I PASTINI Spumante Brut Valle d'Itria IGP 2023

I Pàstini brut is a crisp sparkling wine whose characteristics on the nose are the ones typical of Verdeca grape. Its perlage is elegant and intense, with floral scents and notes of green apple and citrus, typical of the more traditional Verdeca.

Crisp, bright, lively and very versatile: it goes well with fish dishes, excellent as an aperitif and in combination with desserts, especially creamy and leavened ones because its sharp character makes a remarkable paring with butter-based desserts.

It is a natural sparkling wine obtained by the Charmat or Martinotti method where the base wine is put into a stainless steel pressure tank to undergo the secondary fermentation.
