ANTICO Locorotondo DOP 2023

Antico displays a straw yellow color with pale greenish glints; fruit aromas but dry, full taste and persistent.

Meant to be drunk young, excellent as an aperitif, pairs well with fish, shellfish and seafood dishes.

Antico is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) white wine produced in this area for thousands of years. As the name suggests, it is vinified according to tradition: the training system is the Gobelet method, the three varieties of grapes are combined in the preset quantities since the planting, and then they are harvested, destemmed and vinified all at once following the most modern oenological techniques.
