CUPA Bianco d'Alessano Valle d'Itria IGP 2023

Cupa is a varietal wine made from Bianco d’Alessano grape variety; straw yellow color with greenish glints in youth, with delicate floral and white fruit aromas, including pear and peach. Crisp, mineral with a long finish on the palate. Full-bodied wine with a good structure and well balanced.

Due to its structure, it is usually matched with starters, soups, fish, white meat or vegetable based first courses and delicate cheese.

It is a wine that requires patience and can naturally improve its qualities with aging.
